開院10周年を迎え

当院は2015年7月の開院以来、本日で10周年を迎えることとなりました。この10年間、コロナ感染症や異常気象、さらには各地での紛争など、社会が大きく揺れ動く中にあっても、私たちは「求められる医療の継続」を使命として歩んでまいりました。
①情報の共有 ②明るい職場作り ③自らが受けたい医療の提供 ④働きたくなる職場作り という事をスタッフ一同がブレずに大切にしながら日々の診療に取り組んで来た10年でもありました。
この節目の年を記念し、今月を「10周年記念月間」とし、院内掲示やコンサート、さらには「今から役立つ病のお話」と題した各診療科による発表を企画いたしました。これを機に、皆さまには「当院の今まで、そしてこれから」について知っていただき、今後とも変わらぬご支援を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
引き続き、地域の皆さまに寄り添い、信頼される医療を提供できるよう努めてまいりますので、どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
10th Anniversary Message
Since our establishment in July 2015, we are honored to celebrate our 10th anniversary this year. Over the past decade, we have faced numerous challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic, extreme weather events, and conflicts across various regions. Yet, despite these uncertainties, we have remained steadfast in our mission to provide continuous, essential medical care to those in need.
Throughout these years, our staff has upheld four key principles: (1) Sharing information, (2) Creating a positive workplace, (3) Delivering the kind of healthcare we would wish to receive ourselves, and (4) Cultivating a work environment where people feel motivated to contribute. These values have guided us in our daily practice and strengthened our commitment to our patients.
To commemorate this mile stone, we have designated July as our "10th Anniversary Celebration Month." During this period, we will host special events, including in-hospital displays, concerts, and a series of presentations by different medical departments under the theme, "Insights into Diseases that Matter Now." Through these activities, we hope to share our journey so far and our vision for the future while continuing to earn the unwavering support of our community.
As we step into the next chapter, we remain dedicated to providing compassionate and reliable healthcare for all. We sincerely appreciate your ongoing trust and support, and we look forward to serving you in the years ahead.
