*You can also make an appointment directly at the first floor reception of the Clinic on a walk-in basis. However, Please note that your preferred time and date may not be available according to the appointment schedule; therefore, we recommend making an appointment in advance by telephone.
Please speak with the operator and decide on your preferred department, and appointment time and date. You can also ask the operator for assistance if you are unsure about which department you require.
The operator will ask for your name, address, date of birth, telephone number and other contact details. This is to facilitate administrative and registration procedures on the consultation day.
